For the most customized plan, and highest accountability, 1-on-1 or duet (2 people) training is the most hands on experience. If you find yourself lost in fitness, and unsure about how to program your workouts, if your form is correct, and/or you need someone in front of you to keep you accountable, this is the best option for you. We can come to your home for in-person sessions, or they can be done virtually.

Small Group Personal Training

Single Session: $30/Person/Session

Do you have friends who want to work towards crushing a goal together? Small group personal training is for groups of 3-5 people working out at the same time in a live training session. You still receive a customized plan, and high accountability, while also enjoying the perks of sweating with your friends at a lower price/person. You can each have similar or different fitness goals. We can come to your home for in-person sessions, or they can be done virtually (and everyone can join from their own home).

Customized Programming

Customized 3-Month Program: $1500

For the fitness enthusiast who has high motivation to stick to a program and is comfortable in their exercise form, but isn’t sure how to piece together a weekly workout program - this is for you! Monthly programming involves sitting down together to gather information on fitness goals, current benchmark, and what equipment you have access to. From there, we create a 3-month workout program focusing in on those goals, which includes full access to your program in the app: workout calendar, exercise tracking, videos of all exercises included in the program, food logging and nutritional guidance, meal planning tools and weekly check-ins for additional accountability. Workouts written for you, to do on your own time!
